Buying from this Website
Delivery
We pride ourselves in our customer service and quick order turnaround. Most orders ship within 48 hours of being placed with only an additional 2 days required for special orders! To insure safe and reliable delivery of your Hidden Treasure Nappy Cake, all of our products are shipped via Parcelforce and must be signed for at the address for which they are consigned. Once your order is placed, we will make every effort to ship it to you within 2 days (we require 2 days production time, as each nappy cake is individually hand-made).
Consequently the average turnaround, from the time your order is placed on our website until it is received, is 3 – 4 days. Special orders necessitate a 4 day production time and therefore have an average turnaround of 5 - 6 days. Any order paid for by cheque will not be despatched until funds have cleared.
For your convenience, after your order has been shipped, you will receive via e-mail a Parcelforce tracking number and an estimated delivery date. You may then go to the Parcelforce website at www.parcelforce.com to track your order. We cannot be held liable for any delays incurred by Parcelforce.
Prices shown on our website do not include charges for postage and packaging, which is listed as a separate additional charge and is added to your total when your order is placed. Shipping charges listed are for shipping to most areas of the United Kingdom. This does not include certain areas of the UK including, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and other remote parts of the UK which may incur an additional charge for shipping. If you require delivery to one of these areas, please phone us on 07749 853570 to discuss shipping costs before placing your order.
PackagingBeautifully wrapped to impress, in either clear cellophane or delicate tulle and tied with a matching ribbon and bow, all of our Nappy Cakes also include a gift card for that personal touch. Our products are then wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside a cardboard box where packing paper is used to secure the merchandise for shipping.
Payments
We accept most major credit cards and debit cards. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, your card details will be entered on a secure form using 128-bit encryption and securely processed through Protx/Lloyd’s TSB Cardnet. We do not have any access to your personal card details.
All credit and debit card payments and refunds are processed through Protx/Lloyd’s TSB Cardnet to ensure your card account is correctly and securely debited or credited. If you wish to pay by cheque, you may do so by contacting us by telephone to place your order. Orders paid for by cheque, will not be despatched until funds have cleared. Once your order has been accepted you will receive an ‘order acknowledgment’ e-mail, which will be sent to the e-mail address that was given at the time your order was placed.
You agree that all the details that you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the product offered by us on our website is correct and that the credit or debit card used is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit available to cover the costs of the product(s) ordered.
Pricing All prices are presented in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT, as we are not currently required to be VAT registered. Prices are clearly shown on our website and do not include charges for postage and packaging, which is listed as a separate additional charge and is added to your total when your order is placed.
We reserve the right to change any pricing on our website as needed, however prices will not be altered on any order after it has been placed and processed through our website or on any telephone orders placed using a debit or credit card. Special orders will be priced on an individual basis depending on the products requested and used.
Product Design and AvailabilityImages used on our website are used only for illustrative purposes. The photographs shown are representative and while we will make every effort to deliver the products as pictured, actual content style may vary, due to discontinued or unavailable merchandise from our suppliers. Wherever an item has been changed it will be replaced with an item of equal or improved quality. As this would be beyond our control, Hidden Treasure Nappy Cakes cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from this.
Please note that soft toys may not be appropriate for children under the age of three and are intended as a keepsake item only. Please check manufacturer’s recommendation on the soft toy for age suitability.
Returns and RefundsCustomer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and we are confident that you will be absolutely thrilled with your Hidden Treasure Nappy Cake. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will offer you a full refund or exchange (excluding the costs of postage and packaging), providing the product is returned in its original wrapped and unused condition within seven days of receipt of the product. Please note that all special order sales are final. You are responsible for the return postage costs and original postage and packaging costs will not be refunded. We cannot offer a refund or exchange on a product if the product is lost in transit back to us. We therefore recommend that you either use a courier company that offers parcel tracking or that you allow us to arrange a collection via Parcelforce for the goods to be collected and returned to us.

Overseas Orders Hidden Treasure Nappy Cakes currently ships throughout the United Kingdom. For international orders outside the UK, please e-mail us with your requests. We will then calculate your postage and packaging and contact you to obtain your approval before processing your order.
